HR Manager, HR Service Dept. (Shanghai)
Job Description:
- Have strong business sense and like to do HR outsourcing marketing development.
- Be in charge of
- Provide effective HR services and consultants to the clients on requests and daily operations.
- Build strong relationship with clients and provide prompt HR outsourcing service including the wholly HR Function outsourcing, recruiting, payroll/benefit, and assure the execution in line with labor law.
- Maintain services standard, management system and development system within the clients.
- Demonstrate the ability to link HR strategies with HR practices and processes.
- Help clients to identify key organizational issues, change management needs and the appropriate HR solutions to improve current and future performance.
- Leverages resources across branches for expertise, support, and best practices when making and implementing decisions.
- Maintain and updated human resources information system and manage the use of these information and data.
- Handle staff grievances, engage in staff counseling and carry out exit interview.
- Ensure that performance evaluation is completed in a timely manner under the Corp.
- Manage employment related disputes, claims, grievances and actions, negotiating settlements. Provide professional opinion and consolidated document to support the solution of grievance and arbitration procedures to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
- Ensure a comfortable working environment, harmonious working atmosphere and maintain the organization culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Full range of HR experience, customer relations, recruiting and selection, payroll and benefits administration.
- Superior communication and team leadership skills are essential. Ability to drive results by developing and empowering individuals and teams.
- Proven HR Expertise – minimum of 6 years – in consulting service.
- Experience of operating in multi industry – services, factory.
- Strong relationships builder at all levels –and proven record in connecting with a leadership teams to drive for results.
- Outgoing personality and customer orientate preferred.
- Language – fluent English (writing and speaking) and Mandarin.
