Branch manager (Guangzhou)

Responsibilities:
- Responsibility of business development of branch office
- Strategic developing plan making of branch office, vital decision making suggestion to the Company
- Office daily operating management, achieving all of the managerial objectives and targets of the Company
- Familiar with all of the situation and developing trend of the branch, advancing developing suggestion and plan, implementing all the business and managing plan of the Company
- Team constructing for different business lines, optimizing the structure of human capital, set up and deliver high-efficient competitive organization
- Branch staff daily management, performance evaluation, promotion and demotion suggestions to the Company
- Building and maintaining good relationships with customers and prospects, business negotiating, service contracts signing and account receivables management
- Working closely, well communicating and coordinating with other departments, offices
Required qualification and professional experience:
- Bachelor's degree or above in finance, business management, etc.
- At least 10 years finance management experience in multi-national company, including 3 years' management experience (experience in services outsourcing or consulting services field is a plus)
- CPA or Qualification for lawyer holder or relative experience is a plus
- Familiar with finance and tax laws, local policies and practice, and local market
- Outstanding capability of working under pressure with strong organizing, communicating, coordinating skill and leadership
- Strong capability of business developing and managing with strong sense of client services
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Chinese and English are required
- Honestly, positively with strong entrepreneurial spirit
