Job Description:- Responsible for preparing and executing annual operating plans of accounting department;
- Responsible for business development of accounting department;
- Responsible for negotiating business and signing contracts with clients;
- Wholly organize and coordinate Financial planning, Account bookkeeping, Tax control and related work regarding HR and Social Benefits for clients;
- Responsible for daily business operation and employees management in accounting department;
- Responsible for service fee receivable from clients;
- Responsible for contact and coordination between the tax authorities and other related organizations;
- In case of new clients, arrange handover work with the client, draft workflow and appoint key contact person; afterwards analyze and investigate new client’s status with responsible account supervisor, tax supervisor, bookkeeper, tax clerk, and cashier, and draw up financial plans, accounting plans, tax plans, and hold special training for new clients’ cashier and warehouse keeper.
- Communicate with clients, answer their questions, and manage daily and urgent situation.
- Have regular meeting with clients to communicate recent problems, and report accounting and tax status; inquire demand and opinion on our service.
- Regularly contact accountants from clients’ headquarters, adjust workflow after inquiring their requirement on financial issues for WFOE or Rep. Office.
- Constantly understand and update legal policies and documents for finance, accounting, tax, foreign exchange, social benefit and salary; convey renewals to employees in time, and organize learning and discussion.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree and above, full responsibility;
- Over 5 years’ relevant experience on accounting management, CPA holder with relative experience has priority;
- Familiar with accounting and tax workflow;
- Strong capability on organization, coordination and communication; able to work under pressure; full dash and leadership;
- No criminal record;
- Communicate and report the progress in time for responsible tasks;
- Strong capability of business developing and managing with strong sense of client services
- Good command of English(spoken and written), strong communication skills in both Chinese and English
