Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the website and online marketing initiatives (e.g. e-newsletter) perform to their best ability in meeting company and affiliate company goals and expectations.
- Provide leadership to identify, develop, evaluate, and implement methods to maximize the effectiveness of the web site and online marketing opportunities using new media.
- Monitor, analyze, optimize and report on the effectiveness of online marketing tools, initiatives and email campaigns using web analytics.
- Work closely with the Manager to develop and execute online marketing initiatives that are effective and in line with the company's overall marketing goals.
- Work on other marketing or business projects as assigned.


Key Requirements:
- Must have experience with and knowledge in online marketing campaigns including email marketing, search engine optimization, website management and web analytics.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese a requirement.
- University/college degree in new media, computer science, marketing or 2-3 years of online marketing experience, specifically email campaigns, web site management and search engine optimization.
- Knowledge and skills in HTML, CSS and applications such as Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Access/PowerPoint/Outlook); Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator, PDF.
- Experience in database development and management.
- Experience in HTML and web development.
- Experience in managing search engine campaigns by analyzing keyword performance, expanding and adjusting keyword lists.
- Experience in graphic and content development for electronic media.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects under pressure simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
