Job Description:
-  Engage in onshore legal services – WFOE, RO etc;
-  Well understanding on offshore - preferred
-  Support to the incorporation team on requests and daily operations;
-  Maintain services standard, improve legal base and development legal index system;

Requirements:
-  Bachelor’s degree in law, or a related field;
-  Full range of incorporation –onshore experience desired;
-  Well understanding of incorporation – offshore preferred
-  Proven legal Expertise – minimum of 3 years – in law firm or consulting service desired;
-  Experience of operating in multi industry – legal, consulting, etc. preferred;
-  Outgoing personality and customer orientate
-  Dynamic and Team Spirits
-  Be able to work under pressure
-  Language – fluent English (writing and speaking) and Mandarin
-  MS Office – master in drafting & editing in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
