Job Description: - Engage in the each function of HR management
- Engage in the recruiting and probation review for the company
- Handle staff grievances, engage in staff counseling and carry out exit interview
- Supervise and coach direct reports
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, English or a related field
- Strong experienced in recruiting and candidate screening a must
- At least 3 years recruiting experience in foreign company, team leading experience is a plus
- Well known in payroll and benefits administration, performance management an asset
- Superior communication and team leadership skills an asset
- Proven HR Expertise – minimum of 4 years – in consulting service
- Outgoing personality and customer orientate preferred
