HR Service Supervisor, HR Service Dept.(Beijing)
Job Description:
- Provide effective HR services and consultants to the clients on requests and daily operations
- Build and maintain reliable relationship with clients
- Deliver accurate and efficient HR outsourcing service, including recruiting, payroll/benefit, employment contract management and consulting, etc. and assure the execution in line with labor law
- Supervise the team members in overall range of consulting service
Requirements:
- Reading and writing proficiency in English and Chinese a must
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, English or a related field
- Strong experienced in recruiting and candidate screening, payroll and benefits administration, customer relations, performance management, etc.
- At least 4 years working experience in foreign consulting firm, team leading and/or HR outsourcing service experience is a plus
- Superior communication and team leadership skills an asset
