Green Park
During the fall of 2010, NCO is planning to launch a "Green Park" in the Wuqing Development Area of Tianjin.
The idea is a "production incubator" to cater to SMEs within the wind energy and other environment and energy businesses, who needs a flexible platform for their production start-up in China.
The incubator will be designed by Danish architects and planners, and will help companies looking for smaller production and storage facilities in their start-up phase, while at the same time sharing facilities such as conference and meeting rooms, canteen, and receptionist. Currently, a forerunner for the Green Park project is under implementation in a building to be completed by December 2009 and with 5 companies from the wind energy sector sharing a production facility in Wuqing.
